Your reservation is carried out in real-time. By making a reservation, you agree to subscribe to our Newsletter and to the System, Reservation and Privacy Policies. You will also instantly receive a confirmation e-mail and SMS and table will be allocated but can not guaranteed. Should you wish to unsubscribe you can do so by selecting unsubscribe on the Newsletter.

Your reservation confirmation will also generate the number that is required to cancel the reservation online. You can cancel a reservation by:

• Clicking the link on the email or sms
• Visiting the reservation page on our website at www.theflowerpots.co.uk/table-reservation/.
• Calling us on 01962 771318.

NB: Cancellations should be no later than 4 hours before the reservation time.

The Pots Kitchen closes 15 minutes after the last reservation time, please see our opening hours at the footer of the website for details. We would respectfully ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse service if NHS Track and Trace or these times are not adhered to. On occasion we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our customers.

Tables are allocated on the website and although we will do everything we can to seat you at a table in your preferred area , we cannot always guarantee this. Parties of 6 or more guests may be seated across two separate tables. We allow all bookings an allocated time of 2.30 hours from the time of your reservation unless stated and agreed when making your table reservation. You may be required to vacate your table beyond this time allowance.

Should you arrive more than 30 minutes after your booking time without notice, your reservation may be cancelled.

The Flower Pots Inn reserves the right to adjust or change our menus and pricing without notice and will not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal belongings.

Please advise your waiter of any special dietary requirements, including intolerances and allergies. Where possible, our trained staff will advise you on alternative dishes. However, while we do our best to reduce the risk of cross-contamination in our restaurants, we CANNOT guarantee that any of our dishes are free from allergens and therefore cannot accept any liability in this respect. Customers with severe allergies are advised to assess their own level of risk and consume dishes at their own risk.
