The Pots Tree
In between brews, a little story has been brewing. Miki, our Joburg born brewer – he of the woolly beard – has been charting the seasonal changes to our beautiful elm tree (Ulmus procera). Now known as “The Pots Tree”, you can follow Miki’s picture work over the last twelve months on the brewery Instagram page.
