The Pots Bore Hole
Right outside the rear door of the Inn, is a little manhole, over which virtually every customer walks. But underneath this manhole is a 60ft borehole constructed in August 1948. As part of the refurbishment works, we have recommissioned the water flow and we now have an excellent way of watering all of our new and old flower beds and Platinum Jubilee trees. Suitably encouraged by this, we are now looking at sinking another borehole near to the Brewery.
