More Fermenting Tanks – oh, and a Cask Washer
More beer = more tanks. We took the plunge a few weeks back and installed three more Fermenting Tanks, simply because more and more folk were asking for our monthly specials. The whole brewing team have worked so hard to keep up and the new shiny vessels are producing our traditional cask ales every week. Thank you to Gravity Systems for helping us procure the kit.
Then we realised that our old cask washer was not keeping up, so Cask Force came up with a solution and now we have a lovely shiny levitating machine that is just fascinating (to some!) to watch “see-saw-ing” away!
