Welcome to Jules
Now here is a story. There is a man in Alresford called Scott. He said there is a man in Christchurch, New Zealand, called Jules. Jules is a brewer and he has never left the land of the Long White Cloud, but he is moving to Hampshire, three miles away, because he has fallen in love!
It just so happens we were looking for another brewer to join the crew, and once we worked out what was morning and what was night time, Jules agreed to come for a trial brew, but instead we sent him out on the road in the van and he got hopelessly lost so he ended up learning more about our beer with one of our customers long into the night. We hired him the following day!
He is still here and is brewing our cask ales not his stuff – well not now anyway!
