Fresh Beer
Water, Malting Barley, Hops and Yeast and with a touch of magic, you end up with a beer of some description. With time on your side, you then condition the ale, to end up with perfect fresh pint.
That is what we do, week by week, tasting all of our ales every day to ensure we are delivering beer as we would like it ourselves. It is hard work, great fun and so rewarding when you take that first sip of a lovely fresh pint.
