Cheriton Porter wins Gold!!
It took some persuading, but the requests for putting our award winning Cheriton Porter into a bottle became too many to ignore. Working with our bottlers, we are now excited to be launching the latest in the Flower Pots range of bottled beer.
What’s more, we sent off the new bottle to the SIBA (Society for Independent Brewers Association) Digital Awards and we won the top Gold award for “Dark Beer over 4.2% ABV” for the South. Amazing!
Brewed over many years as a seasonal beer, our Porter is a complex grain bill of dark malts and traditional British hops create an easy drinking classic. With a creamy coffee aroma and roasted chocolate maltiness, a hint of sweetness shines through to provide a dry finish. All of our beers are brewed in the Hampshire village of Cheriton, so surprise surprise, we used the name!
