Hello everyone.

It’s nearly April and nearly Easter and the sun has broken through and flowers are blooming and the birds are tweeting and the hedges are beginning to fill up and we even have the first buds of blossom.  What goes with all that??!!

Spring Loaded (4.0% abv)

Bursting with flavour with an aroma to set your nostrils twitching away, our Easter favourite is now available.  We use Low Nitrogen Lager Malt and a heady combination of Cascade and Nelson Sauvin (all the way from NZ!) hops during the brew and finished off with an addition of Simcoe in the Fermenting Vessel.  Dry hopping they call it!  Here is the official beer description:

“A sumptuous pale ale, bursting with flavour, our Easter favourite is back after missing out in last year’s Lock Down.  Incredibly zesty, Spring Loaded is a gentle and lightly golden beer yet highly hopped ale, full of Cascade, Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe hops.  Extremely well balanced, verdant flavours of grassy cones, citrus and mango shine through.  Thoughts of daffodils and anything yellow! It’s Springtime!”
